We ship from our warehouse in Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada.
We strive to ship your order out the same-day shipping if the order is placed before 3 pm Mountain Time. If an order is placed after 3 pm Mountain Time it will be shipped out the next business day. If a product is not in stock you will be contacted via either email or text message with the status.
We ship through various shipping companies such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post (USPS) depending on the speed of shipping. If you require us to send an order through a specific courier please reach out.
