System Requirements
To use this footswitch pedal is a recommended accessory for iConvNet Dispatch operations. It can be used for a variety of applications. The important thing is to ensure the following system requirements:
- PC: Windows 7, 8, 10, XP, Vista; USB 1.1/2.0/3.0
- Mac: macOS (10.10 or higher)
iConvNet Dispatch can only be installed on PC. However, it also allows browser access from any operating system. Learn more about iConvNet
This microphone does not require any drivers. Just plug the USB connector into the USB port on your computer. The microphone's green LED light will illuminate, indicating the microphone is receiving power.
Troubleshooting
- Reconnect the microphone into another USB port or try the microphone on another computer
- Restart your computer
- Check if "JOUNIVO JV601" appears in the sound settings of the computer, and set up to be the default audio output, then restart your computer.
- Please check whether "System Sound" is mute and whether you have turned the volume control on the microphone to the lowest minimum. You may simply need to increase the volume.
Windows 10 System
- Please go to settings > privacy > microphone and click the allow apps to access the microphone to "ON" then restart.
- Unplug the microphone, then plug it back. Make sure all interfaces are plugged-in tightly.
- Keep the microphone away from mobile phones and iPads. Don't place these electronic devices around it.
- Insert the microphone into another USB jack.
