This is a "Listen-Only" earpiece, meaning it does not have a microphone and cannot be used for speaking. However, it can be paired with various radios via an additional connector (sold separately). See images for references.
OPTION 1 - Listen-only
Connect directly to a speaker microphone (Sold Separately).
OPTION 2 - With PTT/Mic
Connect via cable (Sold Separately).
